Our Philosophy & Promise

Where are your products made?

Every product in the Alchemy Core Collection is meticulously hand-blended, pressed, and poured in our dedicated clean workspace in Kennebunk, Maine. Our small-batch process ensures the highest quality, integrity, and performance in every single unit.

What is the "Clean Promise?"

Our promise is to use only high-performance ingredients that are necessary and beneficial. This means we exclude synthetic dyes, harsh petrochemicals, parabens, and irritating fillers like Bismuth Oxychloride. We rely on purified earth minerals and nourishing botanical extracts to bring you clean, lasting color.

Do you offer a satisfaction guarantee?

Yes. We stand behind the quality and artistry of every product we create. If you receive a product that is damaged or flawed, or if you are unsatisfied with the performance of the product itself, please contact us within 30 days of purchase. We will happily work with you to find a solution, including offering a store credit or replacement, ensuring you are happy with your experience.

Why do they have such a "rustic" look?

These products are all made in small batches by hand. You won't find machine perfection at Sovereign Earth. Each product has it's own unique imperfections. That's just the nature of things that are crafted with care.

Ordering & Shipping

How can I find my perfect foundation shade?

We understand that choosing your exact shade online can be tricky, especially with mineral powder. We offer two solutions to ensure you find your seamless match:

1. Try Our Sample Jar: We highly recommend purchasing the Sample Jar first. This provides enough product for several full applications, allowing you to test the shade in different lighting and ensure it truly melts into your skin before committing to the full size.

2. Order a Sample of 2 colors that you think might work. Skin tones vary depending on season, and if one color is too light, you can use it as an under eye brightener!

3. Book a Consultation: For a truly custom experience, you can book a one-on-one Custom Color Blending appointment with our Alchemist.

What are your shipping options?

We work hard to get your hand-crafted products to you quickly and safely. We currently ship via USPS across the United States. Currently, we are only shipping domestically, and look forward to shipping internationally in the near future.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We are happy to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $75. We want to make it easy for you to experience the entire Core Collection.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Due to the custom and sanitary nature of our hand-crafted cosmetics, we can only accept returns within days of delivery for items that are unopened, unused, and still sealed in their original packaging.

Why can't I return opened products?

Because we cannot resell any product once its original packaging seal has been broken, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened, sampled, or tested. This strict policy guarantees the purity and integrity of every product you receive from our clean workspace. If you are unsure about a shade, please utilize our Sample Jars before purchasing the full size.

Can I return a custom-blended product?

All products created through our Custom Blending service are final sale and cannot be returned. We dedicate the consultation time to perfecting your formula, and we guarantee the shade we send matches the one approved during your session.
